Aedes Network Campus Berlin, ANCB The Metropolitan Laboratory, is a unique hybrid cultural, enquiry and educational platform focusing on the future of our cities. ANCB has received great international recognition. As well as being acclaimed as a one-of-a-kind, innovative start-up by the German government in 2011, ANCB has ongoing collaborations with leading universities, the cultural agencies of many nations, government and non-governmental institutions, social and technological research institutes and industry partners.As a cultural brand with a globally effective USP, collaboration with ANCB generates public exposure, both to an informed public audience and an international group of specialists, as well as unique access to a broad spectrum of fresh ideas generated by the next generation of design professionals. As an independent non-profit organisation, ANCB is indebted to many whose generous donations have aided the establishment of the physical and intellectual infrastructure critical to ANCB’s exploration of a collective urban intelligence and the realisation of the many events that have taken place here.

Sponsor
Become a sponsor for one of our many public discussion events ranging from informal evening lectures to international conferences. Sponsors enable, for example, the participation of individual experts in ANCB’s programme or facilitate necessary services to operate an event.
Sponsor contribution: starting from €5,000
Branding - The sponsor’s name and logo is included in the entire communication of the event:

Patron
ANCB Patrons are companies and institutions enabling a specific content cluster (such as a series of thematically or geographically fixed events) or an exchange programme with a university/ universities from a specific country or region.

ANCB Partners are companies and institutions providing substantial support for ANCB’s physical and intellectual infrastructure, the development of ANCB’s programmes and the continuous updating and extension of the ANCB Living Archive.
Partner contribution: starting from €50,000 per year

Research Partner    
ANCB Research Partners are companies and institutions with whom ANCB collaboratively develops a thematic programme that is branded and promoted accordingly. Research partners are appreciative of the role of research in the generation of sustainable solutions for existing and future urban environments. The research partner’s contribution includes substantial support of ANCB’s physical and intellectual infrastructure. They contribute knowledge and experience to the collaboratively developed programme and are co-editors of the published outcome. They benefit from, and have available to them, the reflection and findings generated by the visionary and interdisciplinary nature of these enquiries.
Research Partner contribution: €80,000 – 150,000, including an initial €30,000 for infrastructural support

Our partners are given the opportunity to brand their enterprise via the activities and communication channels of ANCB, which possesses a high international image in the fields of architecture, design, planning, new technologies and related disciplines. In addition, our partners are invited to actively initiate individual projects with ANCB and its international network.

Our communication directly reaches 15,000 newsletter subscribers worldwide and is disseminated further through global channels of sub-networks, online information services, social networks, trade magazines and newspapers to reach between 100,000 and 250,000 per event. Our target group includes:
Professionals and students of architecture, urban design and related disciplines
Policy-makers in governmental and non-governmental organisations at municipal, regional, national and multi-national levels
Decision-makers in world-leading industries ranging from mobility, infrastructure to cutting-edge appliances

Since its inception in 2009, ANCB has realised:
80 Public Debates with 700 speakers and moderators and a total audience of 6000
70 University Design Studios with 1000 students, 180 faculty members and 470 guest critics
and has collaborated with universities and institutions from 20 countries.
